**Resource Coordinator @ Mission Cloud**

Description

As the Resource Manager for Consulting Services, you will report to the Director, Project Management Office. You will be responsible for resource and partner coordination and reporting on consulting services operations. You will work with a multicultural team of Project Managers, Consultants, and Engineers to help customers on their AWS Cloud journey. This position is 100% remote. Responsibilities ? Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming Consulting Services (CS) projects ? Manage intake of CS projects and ensure all required documentation, project funding, customer contact information and hand-off forms are completed ? Reach out to all new CS customers for initial touchpoint, manage access requests to customer environments, coordinate internal knowledge transfers, and support customer relationship until project kick-off ? Coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning, with input from Consulting Services leadership, Project Managers, Consultants, and Engineers ? Monitor and report weekly on project allocations and capacity planning and resourcing to identify over- and under-utilization of resources and number of projects; reallocate resources as needed ? Estimate initial project budget burn rate based on number and type of assigned resources and estimated project duration ? Ensure that engineering skills matrix is updated; report on most frequently required skills and new trends ? Onboard new Consulting Services partners and manage partner assignments, capabilities matrix, quality ratings, and escalations ? Support Resource Management process improvement initiatives Requirements ? 1-3 years in a Consulting Services Operations, Project Coordinator, or Resource Planning role or similar ? Experience providing resource coordination and reporting for a technical professional services team ? Experience with project planning and resource scheduling ? Proficient in Google Suite, SalesForce, professional services automation tooling, and reporting ? AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification (required within 1 year of hire)
