Compensation : $22.00-25.00 per hour.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities : Provide or assist in Activities of Daily Living. Work cooperatively with client and family and share any observations or change in condition to the case manager.

Work under the direction and supervision of a Nurse Care Manager. We are care partners to our clients and their families.

Job Requirements : Current CNA or Home Health Aide certificate. 1 year minimum experience required, home care preferred.
