Guided Search Partners currently serves three main sectors; Packaging manufacturing, Food and Beverage manufacturing and our Local market. We have taken the approach of most large agencies and personalized it. We utilize the same resources and technology but the approach is appreciated by customers and makes the role sustainable.
Recruiting has many facets but if you like helping people, you are a good listener, you can speak to people in all categories and you are highly motivated we want to talk to you.
You do not need recruiting experience to find success at GSP. We have the experience necessary to train the correct people. If you have experience recruiting and simply need a place to flourish, we can provide that.
GSP offers a Hybrid schedule and our office is in Hunt Valley, MD.
