This application is for separating service members looking to conduct an internship through DoD Skillbridge, Army Career Skills Program, or Hiring Our Heroes. This application is for a fully remote internship as a Project Manager in the Southwest region at GuidePoint Security, with potential for follow-on hire.
As a fellow at GuidePoint Security, you will work closely with industry-leading subject matter experts to provide first-class cyber security services. Learners will complete in-house training programs, while working on projects to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Fellows will gain experience through:

• Partner-led Vendor Training and Certifications

Requirements:

• Applicants MUST be separating from active-duty service within the next 12 months,
• Eligible to conduct an internship/fellowship through DoD Skillbridge, Army Career Skills Program, or Hiring Our Heroes,
• Have experience managing personnel and projects (NCO or Officer), and
• Be physically located in one of the below states:
• Arizona
• California
• Utah
• Nevada

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects at once through to completion, preferably multi-organizational projects with professional deliverables
• Project management certifications, such as PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile Certified
• Knowledge of popular cyber security tools and vendors
• Knowledge of security, networking, and operating systems
