We are currently seeking a Marketing Admin Assistant to support our Marketing and Business Development team in their day-to-day activities at our main office location.
Position Overview : The Marketing Admin Assistant will support our team and assist with various tasks related to marketing and business development.
The successful candidate will be an organized, flexible, and proactive individual who is a team player with a positive can-do attitude.
The person in this role is expected to act in a professional manner to all internal and external individuals. This role is a key contributor in helping the team perform at peak capacity and requires an analytical individual who is organized, resourceful and focused, as well as a creative problem solver.
Key Responsibilities : Administrative
Provide general administrative support as needed, not limited to : ordering supplies and promotional materials, organizing inventory, newsletter production, ordering collateral materials and other coordination tasks as needed.
Maintain marketing-related files and documents, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible. Monitor marketing email inbox.RFPs
Create and distribute regular reports on CRM data and key performance metrics.Scheduling
Occasional attendance and project site visits may be necessary for off-site events.Qualifications : Associates or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
3 years of proven experience as a marketing / admin assistant, executive assistant, or similar.Experience working in the construction industry is a plus, but not required.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment with great attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with CRM system and other marketing software (Cosential, Mail Chimp, etc.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus, but not required.Event planning experience is a plus, but not required.
