Guidepost Montessori is Hiring a Part-Time Assistant Teacher Near Marlborough, MA

Your Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable Assistant Teacher who has a passion for working with children and can help in our Montessori classrooms
This position is a part-time role ( Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 6:00pm) that includes sick time and access to Guidepost Montessori's tax-advantaged Flexible Spending Accounts. This role could become a full-time role as our enrollment starts to pick up! As a full-time Assistant Guide, you would also enjoy health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K and a generous 75% tuition discount for up to two children (up to age 6) at our school!
This role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, and learn more about Montessori education! Many of our Assistant Teachers ultimately grow to take on Lead Teacher roles over time, thanks to our accredited Montessori training program we offer to exceptional employees.
About You
- Experience working with children ages 0-3
- Holds an EEC Certification: Teacher - Infant/Toddler
- Valid negative TB test taken within last 12 months (prior to start date with Guidepost)
- Ability to work well with other adults
- Growth mindset and problem-solving approach
- Familiarity with the Montessori approach to education is preferred, but not required
