Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of full-time, in-house marketing experience and a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, email, blogs, and websites.
- Manage SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and other digital marketing efforts to drive traffic and conversions.
- Use analytics tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Work closely with the video editor, co-founders, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of full-time, in-house marketing experience.
- Limited to no freelance or contract work.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools).
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
