Retail Store Manager - # 17- Greeley (Evans) Colorado

We are a local, premier retailer of paint, decorating and fine art supplies with 25 locations throughout Colorado and New Mexico.

We are seeking a STORE MANAGER at our Greeley (Evans) Colorado location. Competitive pay, benefits, and career opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES include:

- Manage the day-to-day operations in one of our historic retail location including:

- Hire, train, develop, and manage a team of high-performing retail associates.

- Drive customer loyalty and sales by providing excellent service to retail and commercial customers.

-Maintain existing business while generating new business - Oversee scheduling, banking, inventory, and store appearance.

- Store Managers typically work 45-50 hours per week depending on location and season.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, however, BA/BS degree preferred.

- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays.

- Must have at least 3 years of experience managing teams in a retail or customer-focused environment. Knowledge of the Paint Industry is strongly preferred

- Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.

- Competency proficient with a positive attitude, customer service focus, sales results orientation, business acumen, relationship building, leadership maturity, and strong verbal and written communication skills required have at least 2 years of experience managing teams in a retail or customer-focused environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/BA in Business preferred.

- Prior experience in the paint industry preferred.

- 3 or more years of retail management experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
