Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The KCSC Sales Trainer will play a key role in the education, engagement, and production of our sales center Gear Advisors as they go through a structured training course over the first 8 weeks of their employment at the Kansas City Sales Center.
KCSC Sales Trainers will partner with store veterans, vendors, human resources, and sales leaders to deliver a training that prepares our Gear Advisors to accel in their jobs and will be tasked with the cultivation of the Gear Advisor culture at the Kansas City Sales Center.
These individuals will bring a passion for education, a knowledge of sales culture, and a drive for continual learning to push our organization forward.
