Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Training Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our remote selling contact center team. You will be responsible for clerical and administrative duties as it relates to new hire and ongoing training for the team.

This role will also be a part of periodically facilitating training programs that empower our employees with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities :

Training Program Coordination and Delivery :

  • Organize and schedule training sessions, liaise with training instructors, and ensure all necessary materials and equipment are prepared and available.
  • Conduct live virtual training sessions for remote employees, ensuring a high level of engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Utilize various training methods, including webinars, virtual classrooms, and e-learning platforms.
  • Provide ongoing support to remote employees, addressing questions and concerns related to training content.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Manage Logistics :

  • Oversee the logistical aspects of training events, including room bookings, technology setup, and catering arrangements, ensuring a smooth and effective learning environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary.

Remote Workforce Support :

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to both in-person and remote contact center agents.
  • Address training-related questions and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure agents have the necessary tools and resources for remote training.

Collaboration :

  • Maintain clear and open communication with team members and instructors, coordinate schedules, and provide all necessary information regarding training programs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive training approach.

Requirements

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or GED required, with 1-3 years of related experience in training coordination, administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams), capable of navigating and utilizing technology to support training programs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and understanding across all levels of the organization.
  • Recognizes opportunities for improvement and takes proactive steps to implement solutions, demonstrating a commitment to continuous development and efficiency.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks to meet objectives and deadlines effectively
