First interview will be held via Zoom. Training will begin the week of June 24th and the week of July 2nd
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and promote products or effectively.
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with clients
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- Foster a relationship with current clients and assist them in earning loyalty rewards through company sponsored rewards programs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey information to customers and colleagues
- Demonstrated aptitude for business development and marketing strategies
- Ability to meet with clients one on one
- Able to work in a team environment and with a team leader daily
- Smart phone capability to utilize company apps for tracking progress and work completion
- Must have a reliable vehicle and able to show up on time!
- Live in the Greater Tampa Area for a minimum of 6 months
