Supervisor Responsibilities
- Provide employee and case related supervision to each team member at frequency required by state law, Funder requirements, and program policy
- Provide modeling, training, and development of professional skills to program employees
- Ensure responsibilities of team members are completed as required
- Assist the Leadership team with the administrative oversight, quality control, performance and fiscal management
- Track, manage, and delivery of reports related to contractual performance and legal documentation required
- Maintain working knowledge of community resources to assist staff in coordination of services for children and families
- Maintain ongoing communication with all parties as required
- Participate in on-call rotation in accordance with agency policy and program procedure
- Maintain client confidentiality according to established policies and federal and state statutes by obtaining needed releases of information
- Perform all other duties as assigned

- Agency staff responsible for supervision shall have a master's degree in social work or a related area of study from an accredited college or university and at least two (2) years of experience in human services or child welfare programs.
- Must have a current Child Welfare Certification with the Florida Certification Board.
- Related areas of study are: Criminology, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Special Education, Education, Human Development, Child Development, Family Development, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Nursing.
- A bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited college or university or related area of study and four years of experience in human services or child welfare programs may be substituted.
- A doctorate in social work or a related area of study may be substituted for one (1) year of the required experience.
- Must have reliable transportation & ability to use personal car to transport clients. As required by CBC/Agency, must have a valid drivers' license and current auto insurance coverage.
