We bridge the gap between property owners, residents, and guests by providing professional marketing, leasing, and management services on their behalf. What We Need
We are currently recruiting for the position of Maintenance Technician .
You will be trained in our processes and procedures utilizing your knowledge, skills, abilities, education, and passion for this career.
We are also looking for a career-minded individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
The right candidate should be a leader, self-motivated, detail oriented, tech savvy, organized, results orientated, and have a positive attitude. We are a small team, and we need people who possess the drive to help us succeed and grow. This is a FAST-paced industry and self-direction is critical.
Overview
This position and your starting point each day is based in the Sarasota Office area. Please live within 30 minutes of Sarasota. The working area will be encompassing properties in Parrish, Port Charlotte, Venice, Nokomis, Punta Gorda, and Cape Coral, you will assess and verify the condition of an assigned property.
A successful Maintenance Department is critical to the overall health of company.
The successful Candidate will bring a combination of maintenance, financial, and management skills which will ultimately benefit your growth, the company’s growth, and benefit our client and customer base.
Our ideal candidate has several years of professional experience in property maintenance, along with reliable transportation and a flexible schedule, including on call and weekends, to respond to emergencies as they arise, providing expert guidance, high level service, and oversight to the communities that we manage.

Pay Range - $25.00 to $28.00 per hour

PHYSICAL AND DEXTERITY REQUIREMENTS: Physical and dexterity refers to the requirement for physical exertion and coordination of limb and body movement.
