Reports Directly To: Managing Director of Red BullDescriptionThe Red Bull Sales Manager is responsible for leading, supporting, directing, and controlling the sales of Red Bull in the assigned territories for both Red Bull teams and Total Beverage Teams. Duties & Responsibilities
Work with the Managing Director and Sales Managers to obtain the necessary sales information for target distributions and revenue goals.
Promote the sale of Red Bull brands through personal selling efforts and regular contact with key accounts.
Continually train the Red Bull Sales team to ensure all GDH and RBNA standards and policies are met at all times.
Conduct daily meetings for sales team to discuss goals and achievements.
Complete monthly recaps in a timely manner.
Perform all work activities in accordance with company work practices, policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
2 years management experience preferred
