Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Automation Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Seattle, Washington. This role involves managing and executing building automation projects with precision and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate should be a local professional with a stable work history and at least 2 years of relevant experience in the Controls industry. Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination and Execution: Oversee and execute building automation projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Technical Oversight: Supervise installations and maintenance of building automation systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project progression and resolve issues.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving project management processes and integrating new technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building automation or a related field.
