Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Project Management: Direct and manage all phases of building automation projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to superior quality standards.
- Advanced Technical Oversight: Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of complex building automation systems, encompassing HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and coordinate efforts to achieve project goals effectively.
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Client and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in building automation or a related field, with a strong emphasis on project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Project Management, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications are highly advantageous.
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or building automation systems.
