Job Title: Building Automation Sales Consultant

Overview: Join an industry-leading team focused on delivering innovative building automation and energy management solutions. This role involves working with a diverse client base to engineer, install, and maintain systems that optimize building performance, reduce energy consumption, and enhance tenant comfort.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.
Consult with stakeholders to design and implement building control systems and energy analytics.
Generate proposals, estimate control systems, and provide expert advice to architects, engineers, and owners.
Deliver presentations to educate industry participants on building automation solutions.

Requirements:

A strong foundation in engineering or a related field.
Experience in mechanical systems and professional B2B sales.
Familiarity with DDC control theory, applications, and mechanical systems.

Preferred:

A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
