- Troubleshoot, calibrate, repair, and operate building automation systems and their associated software and equipment.
- Lead the start-up and commissioning of new systems.
- Update and maintain documentation and controls diagrams to accurately reflect site conditions.
- Interface with customers and collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct functional tests and support owner training during project closeout.
- Associate degree or certificate in Applied Technologies, electronics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with electrical circuits, basic programming, and mechanical systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex issues.
- Ability to work on feet, lift up to 25 pounds, and climb ladders regularly.
