- Expertly service, maintain, and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment, including large tonnage units, chillers, boilers, VRFs (Variable Refrigerant Flow systems), compressors, VAVs (Variable Air Volume units), VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), fan coils, and air handling units.
- Oversee the installation, start-up, and commissioning processes for HVAC systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance.
- Diagnose and rectify intricate issues within HVAC systems.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines and standards.
- Local residency in Jacksonville, NC, or the ability to relocate, with a stable employment history.
- Must possess EPA Universal Certification.
- A clean driving record and dependable personal vehicle.
- Comprehensive field experience with large-scale HVAC systems.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the installation, service, repair, start-up, and commissioning of commercial HVAC equipment.
