Job Title: Mechanical Construction Senior Project Manager
Location: Hawaii (Relocation Assistance Available)
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a specialty in mechanical construction to manage a portfolio of ambitious commercial projects in Hawaii. This role demands an adept leader familiar with the nuances of managing large-scale mechanical projects, such as HVAC systems, plumbing, and piping installations across a variety of sectors including hospitals, educational institutions, high-rises, arenas, and hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and closing of complex mechanical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Project to oversee all aspects of project execution.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control protocols to ensure that all projects adhere to technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in project management within the commercial mechanical construction industry, overseeing significant projects such as hospitals, schools, and high-rises.
Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Project, and other relevant project management tools.
Industry Experience: Prior experience with leading mechanical contractor is highly desirable.
Local Expertise: Preferably local to Hawaii or willing to relocate from the west coast of the United States, with a stable work history and deep understanding of regional market dynamics.
Compensation: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
