Job Title: Commercial Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager Location: Jacksonville, NC Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, NC. The ideal candidate will be a local professional with a stable work history, possessing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC design, estimating, and project management, along with proficiency in BlueBeam, MS Project, Procore, and a proven track record of working on large commercial projects. Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage commercial plumbing and HVAC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
Design and Estimating: Utilize expertise in plumbing and HVAC design and estimating to create accurate and competitive project bids.
Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in project management tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
Client Interaction: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent communication and ensuring project requirements are met.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and field personnel, to achieve project objectives.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including bids, proposals, and project schedules.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve project-related issues in a proactive and effective manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC design, estimating, and project management.
Proficiency in project management tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
Familiarity with large commercial projects.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
