Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and commissioning of intricate HVAC systems within a range of commercial sites, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance are met.
- Perform thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure the longevity and efficiency of HVAC systems.
- Oversee complex warranty repairs with a commitment to excellence and precision in every task.
- Coordinate and manage critical HVAC projects from the ground up, prioritizing client needs and project perfection.
- Act as a mentor, providing valuable technical insights and guidance to our growing team of HVAC professionals, enhancing their skills and industry knowledge.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree or professional certification in HVAC technology, with a focus on large systems such as chillers, boilers, and VRF units.
- At least 10 years of industry experience, particularly in areas related to system startups, commissioning, and the performance of advanced diagnostic procedures.
- Extensive knowledge of premier HVAC equipment and technologies, demonstrating a broad technical acumen.
- Demonstrated ability in project management and superior communication skills with both clients and team members.
- Applicants should be local to San Jose, CA, or willing to relocate, featuring a stable and robust local work history.
Preferred Skills:
- A comprehensive understanding of HVAC system controls and building automation.

Compensation: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
