Position: Clinical Director
Location: Baltimore, MDClinical Director Responsibilities
- Ensures supervisors and direct staff are properly skilled, trained, and receiving ongoing coaching
- Ensure that the treatment provided remains consistent with current research and technology in the field
- Directs the development and ongoing enhancement of individual treatment plans consistent with treatment philosophies & models
- Participates in the budget development process and retains responsibility for the budget in the clinical area
- Master's Degree in a related discipline required
- 3 years of experience in a residential setting (preferably with youth and adolescents)
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- LCSW-C or LCPC
- Competitive Salary ($90k Starting)
