Position: District Manager
District Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ
District Manager Duties:
- Interview, hire, and train manager-level and support staff roles for assigned locations; participate in the hiring process of clinical staff
- Provide oversight of all day-to-day business operations, including management of daily provider schedules and staffing ratios
- Analyze profit and loss statements; assist in development of the annual budget for each location in district
- 5 years of extensive experience supervisory oversight of physician practice environments. Dermatology experience preferred.
- Previous regional management experience
- Strong knowledge of medical computer programs, billing, and insurance coding
- Strong Financial, P&L, and Operations experience
- Very Competitive Salary Bonus
