Job Summary: Commercial HVAC Service Manager

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Manager in Orange County, California. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history and extensive expertise in commercial HVAC service and management, with a preference for knowledge of large tonnage RTUs, chillers, boilers, and other applied equipment.

Responsibilities

* Oversee and manage HVAC service operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

* Coordinate and schedule maintenance and emergency service requests.

* Supervise a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support.

* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

* Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements :

* Local and stable work history in Orange County, CA.

* At least five years of experience as a commercial HVAC service technician.

* A minimum of five years in a service management role.

* Experience with large commercial mechanical contractors (10 years preferred).

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

* Extensive applied equipment knowledge, including large tonnage RTUs, chillers, boilers, etc.
