Job Summary:
We are looking for an Industrial Refrigeration Technician to join our Riverside team. Ideal candidates have NH3 (ammonia refrigeration) experience and CIRO or RETA certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Follow safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Inspect and assess system performance regularly.
- Assist with the installation and startup of new systems.
- Keep detailed maintenance and performance records.
- Train and mentor junior technicians.
- NH3 (ammonia refrigeration) experience.
- CIRO or RETA certification preferred.
- Experience with industrial refrigeration in food processing plants, cold storage facilities, or chemical plants.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Additional HVAC or refrigeration certifications.
- Supervisory or training experience.
- Local candidates preferred.
- Some travel may be required.
