Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain building automation systems to ensure optimal functionality.

• Maintain precise documentation and control diagrams for all systems to guarantee consistent and reliable operation.
• Act as the primary technical contact for project stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct detailed functional testing of systems and provide comprehensive training to building operators at project closeout.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or professional certification in Applied Technologies, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience in handling building automation systems, with a solid grasp of electrical circuits, mechanical systems, and basic programming.
• Capable of performing physical tasks, such as lifting up to 25 pounds and working under diverse environmental conditions.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve intricate issues in building automation systems.
