GumGum is Hiring a Sales Coordinator Near Brisbane, CA

The Sales Coordinator is a support role for our domestic sellers and sales leaders so they can have more capacity to prospect and grow the business. The Sales Coordinator is a proactive role in developing collateral, creating presentations and keeping on top of market research to arm the sales team and develop more client demand for our GumGum’s products. 

This role reports to Sales Manager, QLD/SA/WA and supports the QLD/SA/WA sales team.

What You'll Achieve

  • The coordinator will support prospecting efforts in Queensland, South Australian, and Western Australian markets by:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to provide updated sales information and data
    • Summarize trade press for sales team emails to clients
    • Run quarterly LinkedIn meetings to identify new prospects
    • Conduct research for new client meetings
    • Create trend, research, and competitive slides to assist sellers in driving new business
    • Send relevant news articles to sellers on key accounts
    • Create decks for sales leaders, focusing on new accounts
    • Assist with prospecting by creating mocks and targeted one-sheets
    • Assist sellers with closing deals or prospecting by pulling Comscore data, creating content categories, and building tentpole slides
    • Pull and curate site lists for clients
    • Create and update bi-weekly decks, including pulling numbers, making slides, tracking meetings, and coordinating with teams
    • Follow up on emails post bi-weekly sales calls
    • Recap bi-weekly pipeline meetings for the sales team
    • Keep the Master Account List up to date
    • Take notes and recap Holding Co Partnership Meetings
    • Perform ad hoc tasks as required

Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 year in sales or marketing in tech, advertising, or agency industries
  • Strong written communication for summarizing articles and writing concise emails
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Google Sheets
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the digital advertising industry
