As such, we're growing exponentially and looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Headquarters in Stamford, CT. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic team member to play a pivotal role in shaping our inside sales effort. This team member will play a crucial role in expanding our website customer base and driving sales growth for Gunner! This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's expansion while working closely with our dedicated team! As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be trained on how the Gunner home improvement process works to gain background knowledge on the products offered, paired with effectively conveying information through a remote sales presentation.
Gunner provides a paid 2 week training as part of our onboarding process!
What you will do:COMPANY LEADS PROVIDED
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations of Gunner's products and services to new and existing homeowners via phone, email, video conferencing or online platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure the optimal customer experience. Work efficiently as a team member and soloAttend company and team meetingsCollaborate with the outside sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management through Hubspot CRM.
  • Close sales pipeline of leads at a high levelTrack data and analytics, staying on top of industry trends and market conditions, identifying opportunities for growth.
What you will bring:
  • Previous Inside Sales Experience Required

  • BA/BS preferred
