Duties and responsibilities include:

• Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models that define how data is stored, processed, and accessed.
• Designing solutions to integrate data from various sources within the organization.
• Planning future databases and evaluating current data architecture.
• Keeping databases secure and ensuring that data is accurate and accessible.
• Contributing to the development of the organization's data strategy.

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience.
• USDA NASS experience.
• May develop appropriately supporting automation scripts.
• May provide work leadership for lower level employees. · Experience with: o .NET, Design patterns, architecture, SQL, UML, TFS, Github, APIs, Cloud Architecture (Azure), Azure tools, PaaS, MSSQL, MySQL, Microservices Architecture, Agile Methodology, Jira, Security, DevOPS/DevSecOPS

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, equivalent work experience may be considered.

Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
