Job DescriptionGunster seeks an Administrative Assistant in its Fort Lauderdale office supporting the Director of Community Relations. This position will assist in coordinating the Director’s schedule, organizing, and preparing documents, databases, and spreadsheets, arranging travel, supporting meetings, coordinating events, preparing PowerPoint presentations, coordinating sponsorships and memberships and general administrative duties. Must have previous administrative support experience with excellent verbal, written and organizational skills. Further qualifications include strong time management and Microsoft products skills, a focus on customer service and the ability to travel to other offices and events and work before or after business hours on occasion.
