Location: West Chester, OH (On-site role 5 days a week with some weekends as required)
Estimated Contract Role Duration: 6 Months w/potential to extend to 12 months.
Hourly Pay Range: Negotiable based on experience.
Job SummaryOur engineering services client who provides Packaging & Process Equipment Engineering, Validation, Technical Writing and Project Management services to clients in the Food & Beverage, Health & Beauty, Cosmetics, Nutritional, Medical Devices, and Pharmaceutical markets is currently seeking a Project/Construction Manager to assist on an upcoming project for the clients manufacturing site in West Chester, OH
Description Of The Role
- This PM role will be to represent the site in a site expansion for new a packaging line and automated warehouse.
- The PM will oversee the project, provide oversite of the cost, schedule, and risk management of this project.
- The role will report as a staff augmentation to the PMO Lead.
- The duration will be 6-8 months with the first part of this to be 4 months.
- The project is in the beginning stages and is in BOD and DD (Detailed Design) phase of work currently being execuied by an engineering consulting firm.
- They will be in this phase in this first 4 months. The project will then move into demo, permit submittal, and then begin construction at this 4-month mark.
- The PM will lead a team of 15 to 25 people with a few reporting directly to the project, but most part time.
- PM should have approx. 7 years’ experience in site expansion work as a PM.
- Degree preferred, but experience equivalent to a degree is acceptable.
- On-site 5 days a week (some weekends could be required).
