Gust Rosenfeld has a full-time opening for a records conflict analyst in our Phoenix office. This position is responsible to comply with the firm’s information security practices and utilize records management software to perform detailed conflict checks, process new matter memo information, track file location, and update information in the records system when files are approved for destruction. Projects include opening files and records creation, labeling, assisting in management of on-site storage, closure, transfer and inventory of files at the offsite storage facility, and timely file destruction.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Type a minimum of 50 wpm
• Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word skills
• Law office records clerk experience a plus
• Experience with document management systems
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Initiative and willingness to be a team player
• Should be able to bend, carry, push, and move files from one area to another, with the assistance of a cart, as necessary. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
