Job Summary:

This position will provide quotation and sales support to wholesalers, contractors for new construction, and end use customers by either taking information given to them from our service technicians, outside sales reps, customers calling in and construction documents in the Sales Email. Quotes involve repairs, supply or installation of fluid handling equipment serviced and/or distributed by Boyer Sales. The Inside Sales Support position works closely with service technicians, service coordinators, the purchasing department, outside sales reps and sales support team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Quoting of all products, parts and service labor
• Provide technical phone support to customers for all products
• Assist incoming customer calls for parts sales.
• Sending out RFQs to Principal factories and vendors.
• Following up on pending quotes
• Get vendor pricing for parts
• Cross reference OEM parts
• Other duties may be assigned

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma and/or College degree desirable; equivalent experience will be considered
• Two to three years of prior sales experience desirable
• At least one year experience with pump and motors is desirable

Specific Qualifications:

• Past sales experience or customer service experience with excellent communication skills
• Prior knowledge and experience with trade field repairs
• Prior knowledge with pumps and motors
• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn and adapt to proprietary software, including Word and Outlook.

• Vendor interaction experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,820.00 - $62,543.00 per year
