We work with warm leads that clients fill out requesting information. The agent will then call, qualify, and set up appointments to meet with them over the phone or through Zoom and help them apply for the insurance policy. Whether you want to build an agency, focus on being a career producer, or work with our wholesale model, we will train you to call, set, and run appointments virtually. Our industry is customer-focused, and we pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service. That’s why we don’t cold call – instead, our prospective clients provide us with their information and rely on us to reach out to them regarding one of our products, such as mortgage protection, accidental, retirement planning, and more. We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude and a can-do mindset to join our team. 

• Utilize the company’s exclusive warm lead program 
• Contact clients who have requested protection plan information 
• Gather pertinent information from the client to customize their protection plan 
• Research protection plan options 
• Follow up with the client within one to two days on research results either in person, over the phone, or virtually 
• Consult with client on plan suitability for their specific need 
• Assist the client in the plan application process 
• Apply on behalf of the client to the appropriate carrier for final approval 
• Contact the carrier for the status of the application 
• Follow up with the client on carrier decision 

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and can work from their home either, part-time or full-time, to protect families that have requested coverage information. We are specifically looking for people who: 

• U.S. legal resident 
• Obtain state life and health insurance license 
• Phone, laptop or desktop computer, printer savvy 
• Virtually attend weekly meetings (occasionally in person): sales training, mentorship, and business building
