**Job Summary:**
The Apartment Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing routine maintenance, unit turns, make-readies, and special projects for a 200-unit property in a Garden Style Apartment Complex. This position will report to the Property Manager with direction from the Regional Supervisor and Regional Property Manager.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of technicians and workers.
- Oversee and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate and schedule work assignments for the team.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and project success.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Fabricate and install low voltage and high voltage electrical systems.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
**Additional Information:**
- Experience Level: 5 years
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, plus participation in an on-call rotation for nights and weekends
