Role Overview:

As an Art Director, reporting to and working alongside a Creative Director, your responsibility will be to develop breakthrough creative work for every assignment, large or small. From initial concepts through final output, you’ll be tasked with creating strategic and inspiring conceptual directions, developing or maintaining the brand’s visual story and injecting cultural relevance into the work. You’ll work with copywriters and senior creatives to create and expand a creative vision to multiple extensions, social and otherwise.

· Partner with copywriters to deliver top-notch creative ideas

· Brief and guide content creators

· Run shoots like a boss with minimal oversight

Skills Needed:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design/art direction or marketing

· 3-5 years of dope agency experience

· Strong strategic and conceptual chops

· Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
