Job Summary:As a Wholesale Specialist you’ll hold a critical role in the growth of Gymreapers global growth and distribution strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) connections, interpreting and adhering to routing guides from retailers, onboarding vendors, and being the liaison to our retail partners requirements and our operational integration.
Who We're Looking For:
  • Lead the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring alignment with company standards and retailer requirements
  • Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual agreements
  • Oversee the implementation and utilization of ERP systems for wholesale fulfillment operations
  • Manage EDI connections with wholesale partners to facilitate seamless electronic transactions
  • Provide ongoing reporting and reconciliation of EDI purchase order pipeline to highlight and resolve any potential fulfillment issues
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity between ERP systems, EDI platforms, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Work closely with Sales in contract negotiation during onboarding process to understand unique integration requirements and be the liaison around operational integration
  • Work closely with warehouse operations supervisors and leads to understand compliance with regards to shipping windows and general routing guides by partner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailer logistics teams to resolve any compliance issues and work with warehouse leadership to implement process gaps to avoid such issues in the future
Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or Related Field
  • 2 years of experience in wholesale operations management
  • Experience in ERP systems management, EDI connections, and routing guide compliance
  • Proven track record of successfully onboarding vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships
  • Knowledge of store operations and customer service standards
  • Excellent communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software
  • Demonstrate initiative and self-direction to effectively manage time
