Who We're Looking For:
- Lead the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring alignment with company standards and retailer requirements
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual agreements
- Oversee the implementation and utilization of ERP systems for wholesale fulfillment operations
- Manage EDI connections with wholesale partners to facilitate seamless electronic transactions
- Provide ongoing reporting and reconciliation of EDI purchase order pipeline to highlight and resolve any potential fulfillment issues
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity between ERP systems, EDI platforms, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Work closely with Sales in contract negotiation during onboarding process to understand unique integration requirements and be the liaison around operational integration
- Work closely with warehouse operations supervisors and leads to understand compliance with regards to shipping windows and general routing guides by partner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailer logistics teams to resolve any compliance issues and work with warehouse leadership to implement process gaps to avoid such issues in the future
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or Related Field
- 2 years of experience in wholesale operations management
- Experience in ERP systems management, EDI connections, and routing guide compliance
- Proven track record of successfully onboarding vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships
- Knowledge of store operations and customer service standards
- Excellent communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software
- Demonstrate initiative and self-direction to effectively manage time
