Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Tax Accountant to join our team at our Riverwoods, IL location. The Tax Accountant will be responsible for a wide variety of duties including preparing and filing tax returns, as well as providing sound financial advice to clients. The successful candidate will be able to engage with clients in a professional manner and manage their workload with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Experience using tax preparation software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and proactive approach to work
- Ability to multitask and manage numerous assignments simultaneously
- CPA or CPA candidate a plus, but not required
