Our company, H.E. Neumann is seeking a qualified candidate for an Outside Sales Representative position. We're looking for an outgoing candidate who is willing to bring us new business.
Responsibilities :
- Ability to sell preventive maintenance programs or projects designed to reduce owning and operating costs to building owners, property managers, and senior level executives in commercial, industrial and institutional buildings
- Has proven track record in sales (HVAC experience is not required, but a plus)
- A focused and persistent person who isn't afraid to be told no
- A self-starter who will continuously generate and follow-up on leads
- Can prepare and present proposals to future clients
- Close business designed to ensure long-term customer satisfaction
