Senior Landscape Architect/Project Manager - Full-Time

H. Edward Black and Associates Ltd. has an immediate need for a Senior Level, full-time, Landscape Architect focused on site design. The interested applicant should have experience in development of land development plans, site grading, landscape plans and an interest in innovative site design. Knowledge of the land development process in Pennsylvania is necessary. The applicant should be detail-oriented and have strong time management skills. Applicant must have project management skills with knowledge of the municipal review process and the ability to present at public meetings/hearings. 

The applicant must also have skills in master planning, project bidding and construction, landscape design, and utility design. The applicant will be responsible for coordination with clients, contractors, consultants, and staff. They will need to work independently and lead a team of design professionals.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution 

 5 years of knowledge in Land Development

 Licensed as a Registered Landscape Architect I PA or ability to obtain registration within 1 year

 Graphic & Technical Design Ability

 Project Management Experience

Familiarity with the following Programs: 

 AutoCAD Civil3D

 Adobe Photoshop

 Microsoft Office
