We're gearing up for a record year and looking for a Harley-Davidson Parts Counter Person to join our team at Renegade Harley-Davidson! Make money doing what you love. In this role, you will be helping our Customers find the parts they need with our Best-in-Class Customer Service! (Pay Range $30K to $45K)
In This Position You Will
- Look up parts to maximize the Retail/Wholesale Gross Profit and Service Flag Hours.
- Attempt to up-sell all internal and external customers by offering additional needed items like filters, batteries, fluids, and Pro-Shop items.
- Pay range $30,000 to $45,000 per year based on experience and commission earned.
- The ability to read and comprehend information and perform calculations.
- The ability to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer.
- The ability to prioritize and utilize time management.
- Lift and/or move up to 100-lbs.
- Operate necessary equipment, both manual and power driven.
- Ability to walk up and down stairs frequently throughout shift.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen, physical, and back screening.
