Jewelry Sales Representative
H&H Jewels is a custom design jeweler in the Coconut Grove/Miami area offering a wide selection of one-of-a-kind jewelry, engagement rings, wedding rings, estate jewelry, timepieces and more.

We are looking for a sales associate who is passionate about jewelry and able to provide high-end customer service.

The ideal candidate will easily work with a wide range of clients in store. You will be results oriented and creative in solving your sales challenges. You can manage multiple projects at once, working with other departments to ensure due dates are met for the client. Team attitude is a must, and you can establish strong customer relationships.

Associate will enjoy a relaxed but professional atmosphere, competitive compensation including paid vacation, paid holidays and paid sick days.

Responsibilities:

· Providing outstanding customer service

· Setting, Reaching and exceeding Sales goals

· Answering all phone calls and email inquiries

· Coordinating repair and jewelry pick ups

· Organizing inventory and completing inventory counts

· Styling the showroom

· Prepping the showroom for events

· Light daily showroom cleaning and organization

· Gathering and coordinating all sales materials

· Client Database Maintenance

· attending events in the community to capture new leads

Qualifications
- GIA Certification
- Proficiency in stocking, POS, and retail sales
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to conduct product demos and upsell
- Multilingual abilities a plus
- Experience in jewelry sales and merchandising
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
