**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee the operations of our animal focused facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal welfare and possess strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively.

**Duties:**

- Supervise staff and volunteers to ensure the proper care and handling of animals

- Manage day-to-day operations, including intake, adoption, and medical care for animals

- Implement and maintain shelter policies and procedures

- Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness

- Coordinate adoption events and community outreach programs

- Ensure compliance with animal welfare regulations and standards

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in supervising staff and managing operations

- Knowledge of maintenance management for shelter facilities

- Mechanical knowledge for basic repairs and upkeep

- Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices

- Ability to manage electrical, HVAC, and other facility systems

- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team effectively

- Proficiency in English for effective communication with staff, volunteers, and the public

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
