Job Summary:
Join our team as a Host/Host where you will be an integral part of creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Host/Host, you will be responsible for ensuring guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival
- Seat guests efficiently while considering server loads and table rotations
- Provide menus and inform guests of any specials or promotions
- Assist in taking reservations and managing waitlists
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and assist callers with inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest concerns or special requests with tact and promptness
- Support in maintaining a positive atmosphere for guests and team members

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a hospitality, hotel, or restaurant setting is beneficial
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Proficiency in using POS systems for seating assignments and reservations
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining courteous and composed
- Knowledge of basic food and beverage service is advantageous
- Understanding of guest relations and hospitality principles is a plus
