Position Overview: As a Driver Trainer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of commercial drivers. Working one-on-one with new drivers, you'll provide comprehensive instruction on maneuvers, pre and post-trip inspections, and general driving practice, ensuring they are well-equipped for success on the road.

- Demonstrate full proficiency in yard skills and effectively teach them to new drivers.
- Provide thorough training on Pre- and Post-Trip Inspection procedures.
- Conduct on-the-road instruction for new drivers post-CDL permit acquisition.
- Deliver all instruction in a one-on-one setting, emphasizing practical experience over classroom learning.
- Professional commercial driver with a passion for behind-the-wheel training.
- Keen interest in launching or advancing a career within the transportation industry.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with drivers of varying skill levels.
- Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
- Minimum 5 years of experience driving a CMV and tanker.
- Monday through Friday, with weekend availability as needed.
- Valid CDL Class A with tanker endorsement required.
- In-person training at various locations including corporate headquarters, terminals, and outdoor training facilities.
