Position Overview:

The Shipping & Receiving Specialist is responsible for verifying and processing incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Qualifications:

· Prepare and pack products for shipment.

· Utilize UPS and FedEx shipping software for processing.

· Coordinate shipments with truckers per Customer Service requests.

· Ensure accuracy of outgoing shipments and address corrections.

· Affix shipping labels and postage; record weights and charges.

· Verify incoming/outgoing shipments against documentation.

· Create and print necessary labels.

· Maintain inventory of shipping materials.

· Operate equipment for moving and wrapping shipments.

· Process returns and report damaged items.

Education & Relevant Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· 1 years of experience as a shipping & receiving specialist, or similar role, in a manufacturing environment required

· Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager is mandatory

· Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to communicate updates to team members effectively.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
