About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP Specialty Sales for the Technology Solutions market. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic sales strategy for software, technical services, and support services, with a focus on delivering top and bottom-line objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a sales specialist team, ensuring alignment with business drivers, and fostering a culture of holistic, solution-based selling. Key responsibilities include translating regional sales strategy into a business strategy, developing and retaining a high-performing sales team, and influencing the necessary transformation within the sales organization. The role also involves managing strategic relationships, interfacing at an executive level, and driving the execution of sales objectives with a strong emphasis on accountability and commitment.Candidates for this position should possess a business-related degree with a strong track record in sales and marketing strategy, preferably with a tech focus. Experience in a similar role within a related environment, particularly with OEM structures, strategic partnerships, and integration solutions, is essential. The role requires a solid background in technology and sales, as well as previous experience managing a sales team across a large geography. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable skills in sales business acumen, client engagement and management, sales solution skills, and sales pursuit. They should also be adept at sales strategy execution, business management, and talent management and enablement.
