Position: Regional Project Manager
Location: GA, SC, TN, AL, NC (Travel Required)
Salary: $75,000/year Per Diem
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our roofing company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the construction industry with a background managing projects related to shingle roofs, flat roofs, and standing seam roofing systems. The ability to travel is a must for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee roofing projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Provide technical expertise and guidance as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in project management within the roofing industry
- Strong knowledge and experience with shingle roofs, flat roofs, and standing seam roofing systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to travel frequently and work in various locations
- Proven track record of successfully managing roofing projects
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the roofing industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
