H&Z Acupuncture Clinic is looking to hire for part-time or full-time receptionist. This is an entry level position, and willing to train the right individual. Looking for a responsible and highly motivated person who is a hard worker, fast learner who can multitask.

PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE!!!!

Duties Include -

• Welcoming patients as they enter the clinic and checking them in for their appointment
• Check Patients out at the end of their appointment. (Receive payment, verify insurance co-pays, schedule following appointment)
• Cleaning of treatment rooms after each patient
• Answering phone calls and responding to voicemails messages
• Open procedures in the AM and closing procedures in the PM
• Light filing of patient files and inputting new patient information into database

Pay range based on experience: $12.50-$14.50
